Vertical jump TRaining

This workout program will increase your vertical jump up to 9 to 15 inches!

Vert Shock is my personal favourite program that focuses on leg strength and with it I  added 11 inches to my vertical jump and 15 inches to my horizontal jump. At first I thought I will never be able to dunk standing at 5'9" but now I can dunk without a problem!

In conclusion I am recommending this training program to all the people that want to jump higher and dunk!
